Service Delivery Manager ITIL, SLAS,
A position has arisen with a leading company in Cambridgeshire for a Service Delivery Manager. The Service Delivery Manager has prime responsibility for delivering service provision to our Client base via the internal Service Desk and external Managed Service provider.
Key responsibilities;
- Manage internal Service Desk Provision to ensure that ITIL procedures are adhered to for Incident Management and Problem management.
- Document, review and monitor SLAs
- Proactively improve all service levels within the imposed cost constraints
- Liaise with external Managed Service Providers
- Publish and manage an agreed Service Improvement Programme
Skills;
- Detailed understanding of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), with particular reference to Service Management
- Ability to implement ITIL processes consistently within a wider Managed Service provision
- Ability to communicate to a varied and diversified team
- Strong Leadership
- Excellent reporting
- Presentation skills
- Detailed knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation
- ITIL Foundation level certificate
