Leading City Insurance Firm seek a Technical Application Support. You will be supporting Backend application & must have exp with Sealed Media / Oracle IRM, Biztalk, Sharepoint, SQL, Sitescope. You will have strong exposure & understanding of application infrastructure environments, System / application design & architecture exp Application Capacity / Performance / Resilience / Monitoring & Recovery design & management, Application change control & application source control skills, Technical Design Authority & sign off for non-development changes to systems & processes, Familiarity with scripting & code technologies to assist with support & management of applications, environments & developer requirements, Strong analytic & problem solving skills, Full project lifecycle skills, Ability to reason business benefits for technical solutions. You role will involve design & Support of new & existing Group Head Office applications typically used by staff across the Group, manage & take ownership of day-to-day aspects of backend business application functions & processes, deliver projects on time, on quality & on budget, often under tight timescales &/or budget constraints.
