Tier one Investment Bank require 3rd Line Web Support Specialists to join a 3rd line Windows Web team responsible for the definition, implementation and support of a secure Web services infrastructure that provides a platform for all Internet, Intranet and Extranet activity. You will work closely with other support teams to deliver services to clients primarily based in the Investment Banking division. You will be supporting services across approximately 1200 Servers globally and will provide 3rd Line Support in Web service management including Web application services, Internet Information Server (IIS), Sharepoint 2003 and 2007 authentication and PKI services, Web browsing/Proxy infrastructure and Content Management Systems. To be considered for this role applicants must have strong Windows 2000/2003 administration skills and Web Server (farm) administration skills: IIS5/6/7. Additional experience in most of the following areas is required: TCP/IP and HTTP protocols, Scripting/programming (C#,.NET, VB, Java, Perl) and J2EE Application Server experience (specifically WebLogic Server version 8, 9, 10). Sharepoint 2003/2007 administration skills would be highly advantageous.
