Although the US office is well-established, the UK office is relatively new and growing at an impressive pace. As a Professional Services Consultant, your key objective will be to become a product expert and demonstrate your knowledge in a Pre-Sales and Post Sales Consultancy capacity. Therefore supporting the sales team with your expert technical knowledge of the company's payment processes and services. This is a Cradle to Grave Consultancy role! Additionally your core responsibilities will include:
•Develop in-depth knowledge of the companies' products through research & testing.
•Provide technical pre-sales support by accompanying Sales team members to meetings with prospective clients.
•Deliver business consultancy to clients.
•Provide a Post-Sales service – scoping exercises, documentation, implementations etc
•Provide training sessions to colleagues and clients on the use of company products
•Act as a technical resource on consultancy projects – providing advice and guidance
•Ability to interrogate and play with software codes – using either Java, PHP, .Net, Perl
It is anticipated that in order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
•Experience of using development technologies (Java, PHP, .Net, Perl)
•Excellent presentation skills
•Strong client facing experience
•Excellent communication skills
•Happy with the consultancy lifestyle and travel
Additionally if you can demonstrate experience of the Card Payments Industry, it would be beneficial although by no means essential.
