As a result of additional workload, the business is currently seeking an Energy Retail Application Consultant. As an Energy Retail Application Consultant, your key objective will be to work with the companies customers to capture business objectives and requirements and translate them into high quality documentation and solutions in regard mainly to the billing applications. Additionally your core responsibilities will include:
•Analysis of client requirements and evaluate best possible solutions to their business needs
•Translate identified business solutions into functional and technical specifications
•Involved with the management of the business delivery, configuration and implementation of the solutions
•Production of user/training documentation
•Planning and Risk Management
It is anticipated that in order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
•Knowledge of the industry defined business processes in the UK energy retail and/or Metering industry segments
•Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
•Knowledge of relationships between industry participants in the market
•Knowledge of key driver of change within the industry segment
Additionally if you can demonstrate experience of SAP IS-U and other CRM billing solutions it would be beneficial although by no means essential.
