My client is seeking a Admin Assistant must have :
Good typing skills
General admin/clerical duties, stamping, copying, making up files, booking in post,
Accuracy for data entry is essential
Previous office experience is essential
Highly motivated and flexible
IT experience & knowledge essential
The majority of the day will be spent stamping large amounts of papers & app forms/files, putting files for officers together, making up sets of applications, lots of photocopying, sending out letters, booking in post. Very basic junior admin role.
