C# Winforms Developer is needed for this exciting opportunity at this leading Investment Bank.
The successful candidate will be involved in the design, implementation and automated testing of a next generation front-end client written in C# / .NET 2.0 to support market making across asset classes, on a global basis. Key system functionality includes pricing, risk management and market making on electronic platforms.
Experience in dealing with products in the financial services marketplace – in particular Fixed Income products - is highly desirable, especially with respect to having a solid grasp of market conventions for certain products.
Knowledge of electronic markets in the fixed income marketplace such as TradeWeb, Bloomberg, MTS, ESpeed, BrokerTec.
Requirements:
Strong client-side development experience in C# / .NET 2.0 or above (WinForms) and related libraries (log4net, NUnit, Syncfusion).
A fundamental grasp of object-oriented design, multi-threaded programming and distributed systems in a real-time environment.
Messaging technologies, TIBCO Rendezvous would be desirable.
Experience of development in Java (client and server-side) is also desirable.
