Job Title:HR & Payroll Query Assistant

Reporting To:HR Team Leader

Job Purpose:

•To work as an integral member of the HR and Payroll Query Resolution team ensuring the highest quality of information and administration to managers and staff.
•To be the first point of contact for staff and managers within the company.
•To communicate on the application of established procedures in support of individuals and the business in line with defined standards, investigating and responding to queries through the set communication channels as appropriate.
•To be responsible for the input of data into computerised systems and the maintenance of accurate records of all client contacts and transactions working to 100% accuracy targets
•To provide HR & Payroll administration support.
•Ensure that all work is carried out to meet individual KPI's and overall department SLA's
•To work closely with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless, quality, customer focused service to staff and managers.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

•Good customer focus with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and written mediums.
•Ability to organise workload effectively against individual KPI's and departmental SLA's.
•Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
•Ability to access and operate relevant computer systems and databases effectively and efficiently.
•Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of procedures and standards.
•Meticulous approach to detail.
•Flexibility to work across different teams when required.
•Flexibility to work across varying shift patterns.

•Customer Services Experience (Essential)
•Complaint Handling Experience (Essential)
•Telephone Contact Centre Experience (Desirable)
•Knowledge and Experience of HR & Payroll Processes (Desirable)
•Computer Literate on IT systems and the ability to learn new in house systems (Essential)
•Ability to investigate and resolve complex queries/issues and provide an easy to under answers (Essential).
•Good Written and Spoken communication skills (Essential)
•Good Numerical Skills (Essential)
•Knowledge and Experience of HR and Payroll system and processes (Desirable)
