Essential Skills:

** Oracle 10g AS Middle tier experience (e.g. SSO/Portal/OC4J)
** Oracle 10g RDBMS Admin skills
** RAC
** Unix / Linux skills
Desirable Skills include:
** Development skills or exposure to PL/SQL, Java and/or Perl
** Previous consultancy exposure
** Oracle 10g RDBMS / AS performance tuning
