Our client, a global leading IT Services organization, is looking for an experienced IT Service Management Consultants to take a lead role in providing expertise and advisory services around ITIL service solutions.
You will thrive on being intellectually challenged, developing, selling and executing consulting-lead propositions addressing the IT service and/or sourcing requirements in complex and high profile IT projects.
With proven service management delivery skills and experience in engaging at senior stakeholder management levels and into multi-work stream projects needs to be complimented by commercial acumen and will be first class. You will have a proven consultative approach and experience of presenting and influencing multiple clients - both internal and external, and in developing and gaining sign-off of complex IT-related business cases at board level.
You must have IT Service Operations with experience of applying ITIL v2 Service Delivery and Service Support principles to delivery teams and contracted services and demonstrating well-rounded knowledge of ITIL and its practical implementation. Ideally you will have excellent knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and hold ISEB Manager's Certifications in IT Service Management (Red Badge). Also, knowledge and proven experience of working within IT Governance (e.g. Sarbanes and knowledge of ISO/IEC 20000 will be a distinct advantage. Due to the nature of work, candidates would be required to have a flexible approach to travel across the UK.
