Release Manager – Bournemouth
Brand new opportunity to join a professional services organisation based in Bournemouth. My client currently has an opportunity for a Release Manager, and is looking at conducting interviews immediately.
You shall be responsible for the design, implementation and management of an ongoing Release Management strategy throughout the company, whilst working towards ITIL principles.
You shall also be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of code from UAT into the production environments or all business critical software applications.
You will be expected to work with the configuration management team to facilitate the smooth delivery of code from development in to production environments, and lead and manage a team of configuration and release analysts towards continuous improvement.
There are plenty more areas of responsibility, so this role will suit an individual looking to join a major market player, working within a large IT team, offering a very diverse and challenging new role.
