Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Consultant
Summary of Position
The Senior CRM Application Consultant should have significant CRM experience coupled with a good understanding of how Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions can be deployed to deliver tangible business benefits. The candidate should have experience of developing and promoting a roadmap for change in an organisation, underpinned by an associated systems deployment.
The successful candidate is likely to be educated to degree level; have business consulting experience, with previous relevant experience in industry, pre-sales, project/programme management or consulting roles. The candidate should have an excellent consulting acumen, and an ability to develop a “trusted advisor” relationship with clients.
They will work with prospects, clients and team members in the project planning and implementation of Dynamics solutions. This person assists in the sales process with project analysis, scope of work creation, estimating, proposal development and presentation. On awarded projects he/she is responsible for translating business needs into integrated Dynamics and third party hardware and software solutions. This person also performs operational and administrative functions depending on the project.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Depending on the project size and available company resources, this person may work under a project manager or supervise 2-6 consultants.

Experience & Qualifications
• CRM Experience – CRM software implementation experience including:
• Application software project implementation experience.
• Business consulting, project management, project definition, estimating, proposal writing, and planning skills for engagements
• Experience of key CRM business areas including Customer Service & Support, Marketing and Sales.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM skills - The candidate should have relevant experience including:
• Multiple implementation experience with various Dynamics CRM Modules/Granules
• Demo experience
• Knowledge of all Dynamics CRM functionality up to the latest release.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics development tools
• Currently retain or willing to achieve Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• Relational databases
• WebServices, .Net and XML
Salary
50,000 to 70,000 + Package
Package includes:-
